Port to ags v2

AGS v2 has been out for a little bit now. As aarch64 support has been merged to astal and ags, this project can now be ported over to this new version.

This is currently blocked by the notification center and app launcher which are both in progress at the moment.

How is your progress on this? I would love to migrate this to AGS v3 and GTK4.

I have made a bit of progress but not that much. My main blocker so far was mapping hyprland and gtk displays
