name clash WeTrace

Am I mistaken to think that there is a nameclash with another WeTrace tracking app?

This article talks about a WeTrace app being developed a little less than a month ago by a Filipino. As far as I understand it, the app in this repository originates in Switzerland.

If this is indeed the same app, please consider it my headsup to you that your app will be gaining rapid traction in the Philippines.
