Allow to detach Transfers from Wallet on Wallet Deletion

It is not possible to delete a wallet unless all transfers including it are removed. One could add an option to detach all Transfers from this wallet, keeping only the transaction from the remaining wallet(s) (maybe converting them to normal transactions if needed codewise).
