[Feature Request] Reccuring Budgets

There are budgets I would like to have on a monthly base, for example food. Therefore it would be great to have the ability to have reccuring budgets.

To add to this, can recurring budgets be able to start from a specific day of the month? Example i get my salary half of the month so i like to make recurring budget from middle of the month till the next months middle (Ex: 15.Oct - 14.Nov, 15.Nov - 14.Dec) also i do send some money for my wife for her personal spending a couple of days later to make sure i recieved the salary and no delays happened so her budget will be like (20.Oct - 19.Nov, 20.Nov - 19.Dec)
