Entity no longer updates

The integration no longer updates entities and state. I have 2 Candy appliances (washer and dryer), neither of them work with Home Assistant anymore. If I reload the hOn integration, the entities update, but then the updates stop (it only updates when I reload the integration). On the hOn app, however, they work perfectly, so it's not a wifi connection problem. I tried deleting and redoing the integration, but the result doesn't change.

• Home Assistant version 2024.5.5

• Home Assistant OS 12.3

I have a similar issue, automations that used to work before the version involving haier cooperation worked fine, but now no automations on any entity seem to trigger any more

Same here, nothing updates at all. Time remaining, EE phase, current power etc... Even downgrading doesn't help. :(

Found a fix: Turn off the machine. Delete the device from the integration. Delete the integration from Hacs. Full reboot of the whole HA host. Install version 0.13 Regular HA reboot Enable integration and look for device.

Worked fine here, updating every minute :)

Same problem here. Confirmed. Entities don't update, only way is to reoload integration, but don't update itself.

Worked fine here, updating every minute :)

This is not the solution because is an old version (0.13) without the last changes made by Haier and Andre (0.14)

More like a temporary workaround indeed. I tried everything to make version 0.14 work without any success.

Going to 0.13 works fine, just shortened the polling interval a bit over here.

I will not try this since version 0.13 has been running fine here with a slighty increased polling interval.

Same problem here on a Haier fridge with latest HA 2024.8.2 and hOn v0.14.0. Worked great on v0.13

Same here. Reloading the integration updates the entities, otherwise no updates :(

Got the same issue for my HFW7720EWMP. Not entity updates till manual reload integration. Got also a washing machine but still not connected but I thing this issue is because polling or push. Older version can’t authenticate with the same account!

Same here. I guess removing 0.14 does not also remove all references to any devices/entities that were used in the integration. So the question is: how can one remove 0.14 entirely and start from scratch with 0.13?
