Benchmarks
While ecs_bench_suite is wonderful, there are a few other things I'd like to bench, such as push(), entry(), deletions, etc. It would therefore be helpful to have some benchmarks within the project itself.
Not sure how well this will work, but it might be worth looking into iai for benchmarking on CI. It might be complicated to get working, but micro improvements won't be reflected in criterion, and criterion doesn't work well in cloud-based CI anyway.
It appears that ecs_bench_suite is officially dead. This creates some higher motivation to add benchmarks directly to this project, especially since brood never made it in to the bench suite before it was archived.
