Upscaler removes background from image

Amazing program. Thank you for it. Is there a setting that can be tweaked to allow the upscaler to leave the background intact?

I had this extension enabled and it was removing the background and disabling it fixed it https://github.com/AUTOMATIC1111/stable-diffusion-webui-rembg
