Unable to chose Cipher suite

Hello,

It would be great to let us chose the cipher suite instead of using the android default list. After seeing the code revert regarding TLS1.2 and the rca_128_md5 use instead of real suite in Android system itself, I'd like to be able to, at least, force my browsers to use what I want...
