Also, for some weird reason, the 3.0.0.1 is pulled not from manifest but from translation files
How to reproduce/recreate?
npm run dev from /Extensions/combined results in the newer changelog
but the released version still has the older one
both versions seem to reference translation files for version number in the changelog
