Does not generate unique addresses

Good afternoon, colleagues. I don't understand what I'm doing wrong, please help. When the program starts, 100 unique addresses are checked, after which the program does not generate new 100 addresses, but checks the old ones in a cycle. Tell me what could be the reason?
