Executing docker compose using the script kept failing

The error was There appears to be trouble with your network connection. Retrying... when it tries executing yarn install command for WebSPA

Hey, that doesnt look like a problem I can fix, it seems like your connection to the npm servers is faulty. Would you mind trying again on a different network?

@Anapher increasing timeout as done in this PR https://github.com/Anapher/Strive/pull/14 fixed the issue
