Second click open linked page in new tab

Hi guys, at First Click (or hovering on desktop) the Hovercard is shown with a text / image preview, but, when opened, clicking on the Hovercard, Second click, should always open linked page in new tab. Right now the opened Hovercards are not linked. Am I right ?

Question: Is it a lack or a bug ?

Please, How to have the "Second click" working ?
