PicassoChart unable to be placed into Qlik sheet

Hi gang,

Specs

• Qlik Sense Desktop November 2019, qliksensedesktop:13.51.4
• Windows 10

Situation

In this video, I example how I'm able to drag-and-drop a chart into my sheet. Then, I select the Picasso Chart to do the same thing. I am unable to place the chart into Qlik, no matter if it's right-clicking or drag-and-dropping.

Am I doing something wrong, or is this a bug?
