Add all-inkl as supported Provider

Hi there,

I am using Yunohost and just successfully changed/added the dns entries for a domain hosted at a quite popular german webhoster - all-inkl. As its quite the works to add entries for several subdomains i stumbled upon Lexicon via the yunohost forum.

Asking my domain+website hoster if the got an api - they said yes.

Note: The call their customer administration system kas (german customer = kunde) - thats what it says kas all over. The highest level of the page (click) is also used for login in and where you can do all settings manually)

Would be great if this could be added.
