Anaconda Notebook syntax not consistent - should use .ipynb suffix consistently

It would be nice to have consistent syntax for anaconda notebook upload and anaconda notebook download, either using the .ipynb suffix for both or neither.

Looks like anaconda-client does still use "anaconda upload notebook.ipynb" and "anaconda download notebook". Consistency is always nice, so it would be nice to make "anaconda download notebook.ipynb" work too. On the other hand, the existing behavior is already widely known, and this change may just not be a high priority, in which case we should close it and free up time for more important changes.
