RTL- Bugs
- [x] 5. The tooltips for automatic color and width are not located below their buttons. Repro steps:
- Press on "Tools" -> "Annotations".
- Hover over width button and color button.

- [ ] 8. In the export window, the buttons "reset", "export", and the message "exporting..." are on the right side of the window. Repro steps:
- Press on "Tools" -> "Export maps".
- In Export window, press on "Advanced".
- Press on "Export" (so you can see the message "Exporting"...
Expected result:
The buttons and the message will be on the left side of the window.
Result:
The buttons are on the right side of the window
-[ ]The label drag button should be on the left side of the window, next to the title "Label size". Repro steps:
- press on "Tools" -> "Annotations".
- Draw an annotation on the base map.
- Press on the annotation.
- In edit annotation menu, press on "Label".
Expected result: The label drag button will be on the left side of the window, next to the title "Label size".
Result:
The label drag button is on the right side, behind the title.
