Instagram Hashtag url configuration

Configured the Instagram hashtag url to be - explore/tags/ . For example an instagram tag page can be reached at - https://instagram.com/explore/tags/catsofinstagram/

Could you please add a test to cover this scenario? Currently, the Instagram-related tests only cover linkifying mentions. Let's extend that to hastags too!
