Which Note Type (and version) is this about?

Problem description

Been using the IO - one by one note type for a while now and it works perfectly fine. I make the cards on my desktop and review them on my Ipad. I sent the cards to my friends and the images load up fine with the note type installed automatically but the occlusions do not show up (not sure if its an issue with the note type itself or the closet add on). Some of my friends who have the add ons installed (closet and note types add ons) will have the cards work fine, but some of my friends also only use mobile devices to review anki, is there a way for them to get the cards with the occlusions working?

They may need to update the note types on their end via the AnKing Note Types add-on. Or it could be a closet addon that needs updating
