Add ability to auto-apply Shamim styling

From time to time I get people wanting to apply the Shamim styling to the Anking note type. The AnKingOverhaul note type is default in the AnKing styling, but has an option to do Shamim styling (https://github.com/AnKing-VIP/AnKing-Note-Types/blob/master/Note%20Types/AnKingOverhaul/Shamim%20Customize%20styling.css). Note that this was made a while ago and needs to be updated as it may not work properly with all the css. The important stuff really is just the colors and I haven't tested it in a while. Would be nice to have a button or something that auto applies this.

The MCAT deck is default Shamim styling but I do have a file for the AnKing styling as well. Not sure how important that one is as nobody has asked about that ever
