Update notetype's Mobile User Actions to include "add specific tag 1"

Problem case

Current Mobile User Actions are only reveal certain fields & close actions.

On AnkiMobile, I would like to be able to add predefined tags to notes using Mobile User Actions. (ex: FixStyling, SuperHY, RefreshThisConcept, etc.).

Solution

Please add "Add User-Specified Tag 1" (and possibly others if it's easy) as an available Mobile User Action option to the Note Type. Then, elsewhere in the config, users can specify a tag to add with each Mobile User Action.

Ex: Add User-Specified Tag 1 = BJ::RefreshThisConcept Add User-Specified Tag 2 = BJ::FixStyling

Concisely describe alternatives you've considered (if any) Edit card, scroll down to tags, and trying to type a tag over the many other tags already on the card.

With this, AnkiMobile users can update their top/bottom bars with the Mobile User Actions & add tags with a single touch.
