[Bug Report] Some features don't work after cloning structures and deleting chunks
Bug Report
So I noticed when I delete chunks they work but they also delete chunks nearby. I was pruning outside a region, then noticed a gaping hole in the middle of my savanna village, It seems like those chunk(s) were deleted and regenerated, now I have half roads and structures... I also notice that when I copy some houses with beds in them villagers aren't claiming it. I would have to break the bed and replace them with the new bed then the villager would claim it. ( seeing that there are green particles)
Current Behaviour:
See above
Expected behavior:
I expected the program to delete the correct chunks in the region, and when cloning the villagers to claim the bed in the houses, and I don't have to replace all the beds.
Steps To Reproduce:
Environment:
- OS: Windows 10
- Minecraft Platform: Bedrock
- Minecraft Version: 1.19.80.1
- Amulet Version: 0.10.10

Not sure if you meant to upload the whole world..(of course i cant upload Earth..) So here you go.. First World
Notice in [IMG_7429] the yellow beds are the ones I placed.. The white beds are the cloned beds.. Villagers aren't responding to those beds yet they do with the yellow bed. In [IMG_7431] I replaced the blocks for the tracks because minecarts kept falling into the mini ocean hole... But yes, that was also removed as a result of the chunk regenerating. The seed chunk is supposed to be an ocean around this region, but i specifically copied this region over from another map to this specific area.. so it should be a savanna region here.. not an ocean.
