[Feature Request] Remove empty region files after `deleting unselected chunks`.

The Problem

I want to export a palace in a very large (more than 11G) Minecraft archive. I use delete unselected chunks, but after operation, obvious changes in its size cannot be found, it's still more than 11G. But same-size archives are always less than 2G.

Feature Description

Same as the title of this issue: remove empty region files after deleting unselected chunks.

Alternatives

I tried to load every region file and delete them if they're empty based on br.com.gamemods:region-manipulator:2.0.0 and amulet-core. But because of the lack of docs, I don't know how to do that. : (

I also tried to search minecraft archives/saves compressor but nothing helpful.
