Default focus indicator in Chrome is barely visible for Select component

Describe the bug The default focus indicator for the Select component is barely visible on Chrome.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the Select component in storybook on Chrome
  2. Tab to the component
  3. See the barely visible indicator

Expected behavior I expect to see a clear focus indicator
