[Feature] Associate a job posting's job description and include in openai prompts to better tailor resume

Feature Description

Include the ability to add a desired job posting's job description to a resume. Similar to the current hidden "notes" field can be a text field for a targeted job that the resume is being tailored to. That job description can then be passed to openai when updating the summary of job description of work history portions of the resume.
