[Bug] Public resumes don't look good on Mobile

Current Behavior

On mobile, going to a link for a public resume doesn't appear very well on Galaxy S23. Despite the viewport metadata in the

, the resume appears half cut off (only showing the left half of the resume).

Also you can't see the "download pdf" button unless you pan down to the bottom right. Relatedly, when the button overlaps the resume it can be very hard to read. I think it needs a background.

Similar issue on iOS - resumes don't load, but desktop view does not work for me either (safari and firefox)
