[Feature] Date format for each section should be customisable

Feature Description

When listing dates for sections e.g past work experience, not everyone knows the actual month or day so it would be better if dates displayed can be customized to show only the year(YYYY) or month and year combination (MM YYYY) and some templates are not displaying the dates on each section

I would also love to see this feature included :) I find it very useful

This also makes sense for your birthday. If you want MM YYYY for work experience its kinda wierd that your birthday doesn't show the actual date.
