Question - How do I use the custom sections

Hi I've been wanting to add another section to my resume (more like a duplicate of Certificates), but I don't know how to define the data structure for my section (and clicking Add New X does nothing).

Can you please tell me if I missed any steps. The tutorial page for this use case is empty.

I tried myself to add a section (Called Disclaimer) at the bottom of the left hand bar. Once created, I cannot add anything and looks completely useless. I'd say it's a bug...
