Describe the bug Linkhub crashes when I try to add a new link, whether manually or via share.

To Reproduce

  1. Steps to reproduce the behavior:
  2. From Waterfox, touch the Share icon
  3. Select Linkhub from list of apps
  4. Add New link screen shows briefly then Linkhub closes Or
  5. Open Linkhub
  6. Touch "add" icon
  7. touch link icon
  8. Linkhub shuts down

Smartphone (please complete the following information):

  • Samsung Galaxy Tab A9 model XM-115
  • Running Android 15
  • Waterfox 1.1.3 (Build #2025326289)

Can you please provide a link example that causes a crash, maybe it unhandled deeplink or something else

I just tried to add https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/51_Pegasi Same result.

Yes. The latest 1.6.5. version can't even start on GrapheneOS Pixel 9. It crashes. But the previous 1.6.4. (32) version is running fine

Android 16 version with October 5 sec. patch. Clicking the icon to run the app causes crash .

I will try to reproduce it on Android 16. If anyone can provide crash logs, it will be useful
