Feature request: docker for generating pdf documents

I really like using docker for making prototypes. It is very fast too! In fact, while I'm still waiting for 'stack' to install the latest so I can build pdf documents (I was having some problems with outdated versions of graphviz), docker is already done. Would it be a lot of work to get a docker for creating a pdf file?
