Docusaurus: Hide or remove unnecessary files

Problem

Ampersand/docs contains several that are not shown by GitBook but do appear on Docusaurus.

Some examples are:

• https://ampersandtarski.github.io/DocuGen/docs/Ampersand/example-login
• https://ampersandtarski.github.io/DocuGen/docs/Ampersand/tutorial/interface
• https://ampersandtarski.github.io/DocuGen/docs/Ampersand/tutorial/vog-in-dutch

Proposed solution

Either:

• [ ] Configure Docusaurus to ignore the files.

or

• [ ] Remove the files.

• [ ] Before taking either of these actions a feedback moment with @hanjoosten will be had to discuss the files
