EXIF Rotation sometimes not recognized

I created a slideshow. But some of the exif rotated pics were not rotated.

i try to search for one of the pictures as an example - but for now this is it.

Ultra late response, but the EXIF rotation code is this https://github.com/AmmarkoV/FlashySlideshows/blob/master/src/tools/jpegexiforient_embed.cpp#L84 If you have a specific JPEG file that doesn't get recognized please attach it so I can check its header..!
