It looks like only github.com is supported. Would be great if GitHub Enterprise Server would be supported as well

Sorry for the delayed response. I am not familiar with Enterprise, please feel free to create a PR. If it's the same UI and just a different url then you will want to look at the manifest file.

it would require a little UI to configure the URL of the companies GHES instance
