Provide ability to filter based on market capitalization and other criteria

I'd like to see filters introduced because a large change in popularity of a large cap isn't necessarily sending the same signal as a change in a small cap.

Hey, just FYI I've started the initial work on this. I've changed the scraper to fetch all available data about stocks (not just its tradability and ticker symbol) which will facilitate work on the frontend for this feature.
