Create automatic cleanup of Moose Jobs created branches

@moose-jobs creates a branch and a pull request every day during a nightly build, those branches stay around, it would be nice to have something that cleans them up automatically.

I sometimes play "let's remove stale branches" game, a lot of clicking but it's so fulfilling ☺️
