My seed is broken. The following checklist must be completed, but the requirements are circular.

Blue Fire: needs access to Ice Cavern, Ultimate Wallet (costs 300 Rupees) or access to Ganon's Tower

Ultimate Wallet: needs Ultimate Wallet (costs 215 Rupees) or access to Ganon's Tower

Ganon's Tower: needs Water Medallion

Water Medallion (Bongo Bongo): needs fifth Shadow Temple Key (Frogs in the Rain)

Frogs in the Rain: needs Song of Storms

Song of Storms: needs access to Gerudo Training Grounds

Gerudo Training Grounds: needs last Gerudo Fortress Key

Gerudo Fortress Key: needs access to Zora's Fountain Iceberg

You don't beed blue fire to get to Zora's Fountain Iceberg, you need Ruto's letter. When you give it to King Zora as a child, he also moves as an adult.
