Add a SubMenu on the main GUI for right clicking games

Maybe it would be nice that if you right click a game you can open a submenu. This can include a launch button. Maybe a properties menu for each game, but would be interesting is a gui to auto apply cheats. Similer to how lets say dolphin emulator does their Gecko cheats you could do for GameGenie. The systems i would love to see this for are NES and SNES

Sorry if this already exists, i haven went in the thing farely.
