Gamepad bindings reset after restarting mednaffe

Hi,

After saving my controller (8BitDo, shown as joystick 0x00000000000000000001000400520000 in mednaffe.conf and mednafen.cfg) binds and restarting my computer, the mednaffe.conf and mednafen.cfg are rewritten after reopening mednaffe to Unknown Device in mednaffe (joystick 0x00000000000000000001000400000000). After this, I need to rebind every single time that I close mednaffe and I want to play any game from any system (this happened in PS and Saturn).

This has been happening after updating both mednafen and mednaffe.
