[Feature]: Add parameters for openapitools.json in @ama-sdk/create

Context

Today we always create an sdk with the default value for the openapitools global properties. You must modify the openapitools.json or the regen scripts to apply custom properties.

Proposal

Add global property parameters to the @ama-sdk/create script to add support for the global property supported by the openapitools generator and the custom one from otter (stringifyDates for example). We should list and decide what parameters we would like to support directly from the Otter create.
