[Feature]: Clean `ngAdd` and IT on version 9.*

Context

The ngAdd command is not correctly working on version 9.6.*. The purpose is to properly test the ngAdd schematics in the context of Otter project (created with npx create @o3r command.

Proposal

A simple solution is to retrofit the content of the Pull Request #1220 on the branch release/9.6.
