[Doc] Extending AgnosUI

Description We have made utils and a service allowing a user to extend AgnosUI, creating new widgets, without having to make a PR on our side. We should thus document it on a page.

  • [ ] Adding new params (middle prio)
  • [ ] Using the utils to create a new component (low prio)
