Make OU and SVM fixes revertible

We have fixed a few bugs related to the subtitles of output units and SVMs. These are part of the cutscene library which is loaded and saved to the game save (as described in the docs). When unloading the G1CP, the subtitle changes remain in the game save. We have not considered that at least for some fixes.

This issue serves to collect those fixes and turn them into revertible fixes.

If there is a template already, it should be adjusted as well.
