"Water Pipe" not properly placed.

Hello, everyone!

I would like to report the following bug:

Describe the bug: This issue can be encountered in the Swamp Camp at the PSI_TEACH_CADAR waypoint. The "Water Pipe" is not properly placed on the floor, thus, a misalignment display issue can be noticed when the PC interacts with it.

Expected behavior: The "Water Pipe" is properly placed on the floor.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Travel to the Swamp Camp and reach the PSI_TEACH_CADAR waypoint.
  2. Notice that the "Water Pipe" is floating above the floor.
  3. Interact with it and notice the misalignment display issue.
