NPC "Bloodwyn" still asks for protection money even after joining a camp.

Hello, everyone!

I would like to report the following bug:

Describe the bug: This issue can be encountered when talking with NPC "Bloodwyn" in the Old Camp, after the PC joins a camp/guild. NPC "Bloodwyn" will still ask the PC for protection money even after joining a camp.

Expected behavior: NPC "Bloodwyn" no longer asks for protection money after the Player Character joins a camp/guild.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Progress through the game and travel to the Old Camp.
2. Reach the OCR_OUTSIDE_HUT_77_INSERT waypoint, in the morning.
3. NPC "Bloodwyn" will approach the PC and will trigger the "protection money" dialogue.
4. Refuse his offer and continue progressing through the story.
5. Join a camp and return to the Old Camp.
6. Notice that NPC Bloodwyn will still approach the PC to ask for protection money.
7. Accept and notice that the PC can pay him, 10 Ore, every day.

Additional context So far, this issue occurred while the PC was part of the Rogues/Mercenaries/Shadows/Guards guilds, (Old Camp / New Camp). I have not checked yet as a member of the Swamp Camp, but most likely this is a general issue, regardless of the guild/camp you join. Not sure if relevant, but note that I have already dealt with the consequences, such as, NPC "Herek" and "Grim" attacking me.

This issue can be encountered when talking with NPC "Bloodwyn" in the Old Camp, after the PC joins a camp/guild. NPC "Bloodwyn" will still ask the PC for protection money even after joining a camp.

Come to think of it, there is no reason why Bloodwyn should stop asking for protection money until the player reaches chapter three (already handled in the scripts) or becomes a guard. In all other cases (any other guild below chapter three), it feels justified for the demand of protection money. @AmProsius, we should discuss this and possibly revise the previous protection money related fixes.
