TypeError: Cannot read property ':false' of undefined

On episode 15 and 16, I kept getting the same error when I tried to deploy the CrowdFund contract regardless of which version of decyphertv I was using or the contract code. I tried version 0.1.15, 0.1.16, and the latest version all with the same error. My input and output is below (using the latest version):
