[F-REQ] add 1.16.5 branch

i have a fork of this mod in ver 1.18.2 and recoded to 1.16.5, pls add this fork to new branch my work here:

so i made it cus before my laptop cant play any ver of MC that 1.17+

i cant pull request cus i commit much of unstable stuff on main branch, ex: README.MD

and sorry for bad english...
