[BUG] Unable to load without Immersive Portals, MIXIN error

Describe the bug Due to what appears to be a MIXIN issue, the mod refuses to load without the Immersive Portals mod (3.3.2)

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: -install mods and fabric loader -launch game -return to launcher with error code 1

Expected behavior I expect to be able to load this mod regardless of (seemingly) unrelated mods

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows 11
• Minecraft Version 1.20.1, fabric loader 0.14.23
• Ngrok-LAN Version 1.5.0

Logs Please provide a crash log or other Minecraft log, if you do not provide a log we will ask to see one. Without IP.log with IP.txt

Additional context looking at a successful load log, IP modifies MIXIN in some way that allows the mod to work. I copied the successful log from the launcher's output log
