Upgrade library

Hi!

Loving the lib but I have one user having problems. It might be connected to the post about 3060Ti not working, not sure yet.

Would it be possible to upgrade to use the latest CUDA (11) and also using the latest versions of the Yolo_Dlls?

Unfortunately my C++ knowledge is not good enough to do it myself :(

I agree. It is still not working with 30x series :/
