Handle license for GBFS feeds

License info can be available in `system_information.json` of GBFS feeds. It would be great to handle this, so a link to the license can be displayed at https://transitous.org/sources/.

With `Allow usage of sharing vehicles` activated, Bixi Montreal doesn't seem to be used for routing.

More realistic interchange times

Especially for trains such as Eurostar (where security check are needed to/from the UK), at least 15min additional interchange time should be added. The following connection of only 10 minutes...

It it impossible to route to Milan (IT), but directly to train stations there seems fine. This might be due to failing pedestrian routing? I can only reproduce in the...

Add links for journey booking?

Adding direct booking links for selected train/bus journeys (similar to what Google Maps is doing), could be a useful addition for users. Ideally whole trips would be bookable end-to-end, but...
