I experience this issue on every gitlab instance too! Just by reloading the webpage it works again!

You could try https://github.com/francoisfds/BikeSharingHub, to see if it resolves the problem. (This app doesn't seem to be developed actively anymore)

This is related to #471 The feed for Moscow seems broken for example... at least not updating often enough.
