Extract template

Copy of original script SaveTemplate.pas circa Dec 2007 that extracts or explodes (unlocks) the template from a Schdoc sheet. Sourced from Altium forums July 2016.

Add ExtractTemplate.pas as a better fix for locked/un-selectable sheet objects, also handles any template in the new sheet creation. This does not use or require the TemplateTool project file.
